Our hypoallergenic formula is available as an upgrade for body services, or included as standard for all facial waxing at no extra charge. The Process
Skin Consultation
We start with a thorough consultation — your esthetician will ask about your skin type, sensitivities, allergies, medications, and skincare routine to ensure the safest, most comfortable experience.
Numbing (Optional)
If you'd like, we can apply a topical numbing product before your service to reduce discomfort. This is especially popular for first-timers and guests with low pain tolerance.
Gentle Prep
The area is cleansed with a gentle, non-irritating cleanser. A light pre-wax oil is applied to create a protective barrier between the wax and your skin.
Hypoallergenic Wax Application
Our all-natural hypoallergenic elastic wax is applied carefully in small sections. The formula is free from harsh resins and synthetic additives that commonly cause reactions in sensitive skin.
Post-Wax Soothing Treatment
A calming post-wax lotion is applied immediately after. For guests with particularly reactive skin, we offer a high frequency treatment to further reduce redness and support healing.
Post-Service Care
Aftercare Tips
Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam for 48 hours — heat increases inflammation in sensitive skin.
Apply a fragrance-free, alcohol-free soothing gel (like aloe vera) to calm the skin.
Skip all active skincare ingredients (retinol, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C) for 48–72 hours post-wax.
Avoid tight clothing on waxed areas for 24–48 hours.
Do not exfoliate for 72 hours — then use a very gentle exfoliant 2–3 times per week.
Keep the area moisturized with a gentle, hypoallergenic lotion between appointments.
If you experience prolonged redness or irritation, apply a cool compress and contact us.

We recommend pausing retinol, tretinoin, and similar products for at least 5–7 days before your appointment. These thin the skin and increase the risk of lifting. Always disclose your skincare routine during your consultation.
Do you offer skin numbing?
Yes — topical numbing is available as an add-on at both locations. It's a great option for first-timers, guests with low pain tolerance, or anyone who has had a difficult waxing experience in the past.
What if I've had bad reactions to waxing before?
