The Process
Skin Consultation
Your esthetician will ask about your skin type, any sensitivities, and the skincare products you use. This helps us tailor the service and avoid any reactions.
Cleanse & Prep
The facial area is gently cleansed to remove any makeup, oil, or product. A light pre-wax oil is applied to protect the skin.
Hypoallergenic Wax Application
Our all-natural hypoallergenic elastic wax is applied in small, precise sections. The formula is specifically designed for the delicate, thin skin of the face.
Swift Removal
The wax is removed quickly and cleanly, taking hair from the root. The elastic formula minimizes the sting and reduces trauma to the skin.
Calming Finish
A soothing post-wax lotion is applied to calm the skin and reduce any redness. Most guests leave with smooth, clear skin and minimal visible irritation.
Post-Service Care
Aftercare Tips
Avoid touching your face for at least 4 hours after your appointment.
Skip foundation, concealer, and face makeup for 24 hours post-wax.
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for 24–48 hours.
Do not use retinol, AHAs, BHAs, or exfoliating products for 48 hours after waxing.
Apply a gentle, fragrance-free moisturizer to keep the skin calm and hydrated.
If you experience any prolonged redness, apply a cool compress — do not use ice directly on skin.

What facial waxing services do you offer?
We offer eyebrow shaping, upper lip, chin, sideburns, and full face waxing (brows, lip, chin, and sides). All services use our hypoallergenic formula at no extra charge.
Can I get a facial wax if I use retinol or prescription skincare?
We recommend pausing retinol, tretinoin, and similar products for at least 5–7 days before your appointment. These thin the skin and can cause it to lift during waxing. Always let your esthetician know what you're using.
How long does face waxing last?
Most guests enjoy smooth results for 3–4 weeks. With regular waxing, hair often grows back finer and sparser over time.
Will face waxing cause breakouts?
Our hypoallergenic, all-natural formula is designed to minimize post-wax breakouts. Following aftercare instructions — especially avoiding touching your face and skipping makeup for 24 hours — further reduces this risk.
